Last Saturday we were invited by the Boston University to give a lecture in the 6th Annual Conference on Second-Language Learning & Disabilities. As you may check on previous blog articles, it’s not the first time we take part in this wonderful conference, and this year we prepared a very special talk titled «Universal Design Learning in Action: A Filmic Approach to Language Learning».
After completing our PhD, we share the new biography of Miguel Ángel Font Bisier, CEO of miCINEinclusivo.com:
Miguel Ángel Font Bisier is a Valencian film director, researcher, teacher and writer. With a degree in Audiovisual Communication and a PhD in Applied Languages, Literature and Translation, he has extensive musical training and is able to communicate in six languages, which has allowed him to shoot more than 300 audiovisual projects in different countries. With a wide variety of genres and styles, his works have been awarded and screened at prestigious national and international festivals, in cinemas, on channels such as Teledeporte, Dark or À Punt, and on platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video or Filmin.

We have traveled to Buenos Aires!
Today we want to share our experience at Buenos Aires, where we participated in the International Deaf Film Festival FICSor, directed by Federico Sykes. It was a unique opportunity to get to know the Argentine Deaf Culture, its history, its struggles and its achievements. We also enjoyed a great variety of films created by and for deaf people, which showed us different realities and perspectives.

CV Miguel Angel Font - engMiguel Ángel Font Bisier (1987) is a film director specialized in the creation of inclusive literary and audiovisual projects. Founder of miCINEinclusivo.com, from this platform he shares his findings in this new and little explored field. He also works as a director and scriptwriter in the production company AF Audiovisual. Lecturer and professor at various universities, public and private centers, he is also the author of five books. After crafting more than 300 productions, his films have been screened and awarded in both national and international festivals.
